Post Graduate Work Permit Expires While SINP still being Processed

Hi guy!

I have a friend whose PGWP will be expiring soon but he still hasn't got his nomination yet. Will he be still be able to get nomination after his PGWP expires? And how can he stay a legal status in Canada while his SINP is still processing?

Try to meet the SINP officer and tell them the situation regarding work permit will be expire soon. I don't know how it work for SINP, but in PEI we can come and talk with the officer about our situation then they will give the decision soon.
