Post-Graduate Work Permit and TRV probelm :(

I need your help. I graduated in December 2012 and I returned to my home country (Iran). I married my girlfriend in Iran and now I'm back in Montreal. I want to apply for my post graduate work permit. Is it possible to apply for my wife's TRV in same application with my work permit? It seems to be possible, but I think there should be a problem! Because currently I'm in Montreal and my wife is in Iran.
If it's possible, I'll submit my application as soon as I get your reply. Otherwise, please tell me what I should do to help my wife to come to Montreal.

1. Your wife has to apply for her own TRV, you can't apply for her.
2. Once you have PGWP, you send her a copy, and she includes that with her TRV application.

is it possible for my wife to request a TRV without including the copy of my work permit in her application? because I think the PGWP won't be ready soon, and it delays her TRV application.
By the way, if she comes here, can she change her status from a visitor to something else to be able to stay in Canada with me?
