I have a Conditional Offer Letter from Fleming Colleg,

Conditions:


IELTS Overall Score of 6.0.A lower Score must result in a re-test or acceptance will not be granted by leming College.
DO NOT SUBMIT TO CIC FOR STUDY PERMIR
Submission of Official transcripts or notarized copies.

You adivse regarding this matter will be appreciated.Although I fulfill both the conditions, the only issue is my residence country's candaian embassy need minimum 8 weeks to decide about study permit visa.SO i am legging in time.

May I courier documents to college & wait for Unconditional Offer Letter to be issued.Or Instead of waiting for UNconditional offer letter.
Just file application in embassy after attaching required docts of conditional letter to embassy.
