Post graduate diploma due to lessen percentage

My friend is having a percentage of 68% and he is afraid of rejection (Masters)... wht ppl will you suggest if he apply for postgraduate diploma . as for PGD the percentage requirement in low in most universities ???

Try in universities. As i got admission in university of Windsor in M.Engg mechanical n my % in b.tech is 65%
But if u want to go for pgd then it's ur choice.

Bro go for a masters degree and don't apply in a college for diplomas coz college applicants rarely get visas and face huge delays.
If yo still want to go for PGD just get admission in masters and apply visa on that base and then when you get to canada you can chnge ur course and institution which is legal but don't tell this to visa officer while applying fr visa
