Do these programs eligible to get Post Graduate Work Permit?

As long as a college is public and the program is full time and 8 months or more then generally a PGWP application would be accepted. Note courses less than 2 years will only be granted a PGWP equal the course length so to get a 3 year PGWP course needs to be be 2 years plus.
