I have done my Bachelors in Civil Engineering its a full time 4 years program in addition to that have done post graduate certificate courses 4 courses basically program length was about 1 year 6 month each for 2 courses do i qualify for 2 or degree criteria as set by eca above qualifications were taken from the same recognised reputable engineering university.
POST GRADUATE CERTIFICATES CUMMULATING TO A LENGTH OF 1 YEAR DOES THE SAME IS ACCEPTABLE TO ECS
