I'm a student from France, about to graduate from a 4-year program at a university in British-Columbia.
Once I graduate, I will apply for a 3 year Post-Graduate work permit, and my objective is to ultimately apply for PR under the work experience class.
However after school, I would like to move to Montreal, but considering that Quebec has its own immigration rules, my question is the following:
If I graduate from a school in BC, can I use my work permit in the prospect of working towards my PR in the province of Québec?
Again, I am French, and I know that some specific rules apply in regards to the ability to work in French in Quebec.
If not possible, my alternative would be to fulfill the requirements for PR in Toronto, and move to Montreal once I have it..
