Here is my situation:

1. Finished my Bachelor degree (4 years) in Canada in June 2010
2. Got the post grad work permit (3 years) in October 2010, which will expire in October 2013.
3. Will be studying for Master degree from May 2011 to May 2012.

Questions:
1. Will the post grad work permit still be valid while I am pursuing my Master degree ?
2. Am I able to apply for another post grad work permit after I finish my Master degree? If not, anything else I could do to be eligible to work in Canada?

Thank you very much.

to attend any institution you have to have a Study Permit.
- You can get Off-Campus Work Permit right away
- You will get another Post-Grad Work Permit after ur masters.

No, only one PGWP permit per customer.

Right, you would require an approved LMO from an employer.

You can apply for permanent residency under CEC after a Canadian work experience of at least one year.

But let's assume
1. I do not have any Canadian work experience before I finish my master degree
2. I am not eligible to work in Canada after I graduate

Any way to get one year of Canadian work experience in order to apply for permanent residency? Get an approved LMO from an employer after I graduate?

You can use your PGWP to work and gain at least a year (your masteral studies being completed May 2012, PGWP valid till Oct 2013); you can start gaining the minimum experience now before you start your masters. And yes, you can look for an employer after graduating from your masters, employer files for LMO after minimum advertisement (but hiring TFWs are periodically changing), then apply for your WP so you can have the necessary experience prior to applying under CEC. Note that the experience should be under skilled category.

I know it's stupid to ask again, but I just want to confirm that will my post grad work permit still be valid after my graduate studies? Because someone told me that the post grad work permit is not valid anymore with a new study permit.

I really appreciate your helps =)

You PGWP will NOT be valid if you apply and receive a new study permit.
