Post Grad Work Permit

Hi,
This is my first posting.
I got my post grad work permit which if only 1 year.
I graduated from 2 years diploma program so I suppose to get 3 years.
I always fail to contact to CIC because of high volume.
Also I don't think I can get email reply for my webform email inquiry from CIC or will take forever.
Is there anyone who knows how I can ask reconsideration for my expiry day?
Or do you guys think I can ask the correction at the border (Canada Border Services Agency)?
I am so frustrated ....please help me.

hi,this is my first posting. i graduated from uni of windsor meng,about to apply for pgwp but i voluntarily withrew one course in my summer semester but took three courses in the next semester to complete the course. i am scared if i would be rejected
