Post grad work permit

Hello

I have applied PGWP..

first one was declined by cic

I just check status of second application..

recorded voice service says ' my application has been approved and issued on oct 13'

does it mean the application has not been declined this time??

hai can u plz say why it was declined? cuz i applied for an extension some 50 days ago and havent receivd any reply yet. i was issued for 1 1/2 yr reflecting the expiry date on my old passport. i applied for the extension with the new passport. and when did u apply for the second one? and did u get the sheet now as of today?
