POST GRAD WORK PERMIT - VISA

Urgent ! please help!

I just received a POST GRAD WORK PERMIT paper till 2020 march .
But the issue is the fact that My current Visa which is study visa expired in march 30th 2017.. the problem is i want to stay in my country till july. which is after march 30th 2017.
Can i open a new Work visa and go with it ? is it 100% that i will get a work visa till 2020 march since i have a valid post grad work permit till 2020 march.

THis is urgent, please help me! Thank you!

You need to apply for a TRV to return to Canada.

I know that i need a TRV, my current studen trv expires in march 30 2017, is it okey if i fly to Canada after that period since my post grad work permit is valid till 2020,i mean if i apply for work TRV after 30 march 2017, is it 100 % that i will get a New TRV till 2020?i just dont want to risk ,but at the same time iwanna stay home little longer..
