Post Grad Work Permit Visa Requirement

I was on study permit. I am done with my degree and have Post Grad work permit. I want to extend my visa since it is expiring next month. I can't find any link about Study Visa to Work visa extension. Can you please share the link ?

in your case i will suggest you to take advice from immigration agent from canada they just charge you 50 to 100 dollar
