I need help............below is my situation:

Received 3-year post grad work permit expiring in June 2013
Applied for PR under CEC in March 2012 but was denied, I am reapplying again in Jan 2013
Seeing that it takes 6+ months for PR decision, I need to apply for work permit
My husband is here under my work permit and will also need to extend his work permit as it also expires in June 2013 (as mine) but does not have a job

Please clarify the following:
I cannot extend my post graduate work permit, as such I am required to apply for a 'regular' work permit. Can someone send me a link to the appropriate application form/requirements?
I will need an LMO with my work permit application but because I have a post grad work permit, my employer need not show advertisement or recruitment efforts?
Can my husband apply for his work permit under mine?......read somewhere that under Ontario province it is possible but something about application deadline July 2012........not sure what this means... we are well past this 'deadline' does it mean that my husband is not eligible for a spousal open work permit?
I am confused about the 4-year work limit. Not sure if I am getting this right but it seems that one can only have the temporary worker status for only four years. As I had a three year post grad work permit, does this mean I can only get one year extension? Also is off-campus work included in the 4 years?
What is the likelihood of a work permit being denied with a positive LMO?

I appreciate any assistance.

Worried and confused!!!!

A: Check CIC website for Extend my stay form.

A:New WP requires LMO if your occupation requires one, does not matter what happened when you have PGWP. Employer can contact Service Canada for details.

A: Pilot Project has dealine. Unless extended. Or any renewal pilot.

A: Denial may happen when addimissibility not met or other justified reason assumed by CBSA
