Hi

I have received post grad work permit refused letter.

I do not know why my application was refused by the office..

This is letter from the office:

This refers to your application for a work permit.
Your application as requested is refused.
After reviewing your case, it has been determined that your are not a person whose employment will create or maintain significant employment, benefits or opportunities for Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Foreign students in Canada are eligible for a work permit for post graduation employment if they provide the evidence that they have satisfied all requirements of the program of studies. As you have not submitted satisfactory documentation in regard to the completion of your studies, you are not eligible for a work permit in this category.
We also wish to advise you that your temporary resident status expires on 31 July 2009.
You may apply for restoration if, within 90days from the expiry of your temporary resident status you submit.
- A completed application form.
- Applicable feeds for restoration and for the immigration document in the amount of 325 for study permit and 150 for work permit payable at a financial institution in Canada.
- All required documents in support of your application.
Please Note:
In order to be eligible for a post grad work permit, you must be the holder of a valid study permit. You must therefore apply for restoration of your study permit along with your new application for a post grad work permit.

I have finished 3 year BA degree from Mcmaster university..

I have received completion of degree studies letter from International office..

Can anyone tell me why my application was refused..and what do I have to do in order to apply post grad work permit again?

Sorry to ask, but did you submit the completion of degree letter with your application? The original copy?

Do you have other documentation that you can submit? (e.g. certified copy of diploma, official final transcript indicating degree completion)?

As for what you have to do, the letter pretty much tells you ...
