Hi,
I graduated from the University of Waterloo with a 4-year co-op bachelor in September 2009, I receive my final grades on 25th September 2009 and my study/coop work permit expred 30th September 2009. I did not apply for a post grad work permit, along with the restoration / extension to my student status, until yesterday, Januarty 22nd, 2010, which is over the 90 days limit, since i originally thought it is within 90 days of my convocation day.
I will like to ask
1) Will my application still be accepted?
2) if my post grad work permit get rejected, and my study permit is restored, how can i proceed to obtain a work permit within Canada?
3) If both the work permit and study permit are rejected and i am asked to leave canada, how can i proceed to obtain a work permit in canada from outside canada?
Thanks for any help i can get.
