POST GRAD WORK PERMIT EXPIRING!

Hi guys!!

I have a huge dilemma....I'm currently working for a company and my post grad work permit expires in 2 months. I have asked them to help me apply for PNP but they refused saying they don't do that. I have no idea what to do.

I was looking into getting LMIA for like a food counter attendant but i don't know about the chances of getting a positive LMIA.

You can't apply for or obtain an approved LMIA. This is something an employer must do.

If you know an employer who is willing to go through the LMIA process, there's always some chance it make be approved. However it's impossible for any of us to say exactly what the chances are.

Your employer should apply as soon as possible. You are already very short on time.
