After 4 years I am graduating of a 2 year business diploma. The long gaps in my studies are due to the lack of funding by the Venezuelan government. I have had to work off campus more hours than the hours allowed for international students holding a study permit. In order to gather enough money to pay school fees and the cost of living. I cannot lie about my work hours since they're documented on my SIN number. I have written down a letter explaining the reasons of the long gaps between semesters and hope the Canadian immigration is aware of the struggles of Venezuelan international students. I have violated my study permit by working more hours. I want to know if there have been similar situations and what are my chances of getting a PGWP.
