Post Grad Work Permit Application refused,need urgent help please!

Hello everyone,

I just got my application refusal letter today which was issued on September 12th,2012. The problem was I attended my final semester without extending my study permit. My status was expired on January 2012 and I got busy and forgot to apply for an extension. I completed my masters degree on June,2012. After my masters I am supposed to get a "3 years work permit" for which I made an "Work Permit" application on August 2012, but my application was refused.Is there any way I can fight back? If there is,please let me know the procedures and things I need to do under this circumstances. Any kind of help would be highly highly appreciated.

You must have a valid work permit in order to apply for a post graduate work permit. So it makes sense that your work permit was refused.

At this point your situation is too complicated for me to offer any advice. I think it's probably time to speak with an immigration consultant or lawyer to see what your options are.

seriously, u messed up the whole situation. I would definitely advice you to please consult a immigration expert or a lawyer. and hurry up. best of luck.
