Post Express Entry application Marriage

I am writing this post seeking guidance in the situation that I currently am regarding my PR application.
My CRS score in 435.
I will be getting married in January 2019 and my spouse has a valid Canadian PR although he is currently not residing in Canada as of now.
We both plan to move to Canada after getting married. But since my PR has not been approved yet, we cannot do so.
What should I do in this situation?
Can I avail the 15 points as a spouse? What is the procedure for that as I have already applied under Express Entry?

In case u want to go thru spousal sponsorship program, he has to be in canada.

U won’t get points under EE for your spouse.
