post AOR question

Hello guys,

I have 2 questions to ask:

1- I have been reading that once you receive your AOR, the background check will change to "Not Applicable" and will remain the same for most of the time. (NA1). I submitted on Feb, 21st and received the AOR on that day, but my background check has been : "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information".is this ok?

secondly, how long does it take to know that the documents that you submitted have been accepted and is complete? what will be the first update?

Not every applicant goes through the Not applicable stages. For me as well Backgroond check was in progress from the very beginning.
For a many applicants under CEC this is the message they see for their background check ....
