Possible ways to get PR, once got rejection and expiry of WP

Hi everyone,

I received my PR application rejection on June 28th, 2016. and my WP was expiring on 16th of July,2016. Rejection happened due to my consultant who made mistakes in my job letter and guiding my employer regarding that (even i am working with that company from last 3 years, but my job letter was showing as i started working with them since feb 2016, which was not reflecting one year experience under CEC class. Despite they were having my pay stubs and T4, they didn't try contacting my employer, just sent me rejection). I sent documents for reconsideration and they rejected it again. Then, on 6th of July (10 days before expiration of WP), i sent paper application of WP to CIC, but my employer not gonna help me to get LMIA. Now, i am on implied status, but 99% chances that i am not gonna get extension of work permit. I don't know that what should i do now ? Could u plz help ?

If, i am thinking of LMIA from another new employer, then they are asking for 25000 to 35000 $, which is huge. Regarding my PR rejection, i appealed to federal court, don't know whats gonna happen. But everything is out of track. I'll really appreciate, if someone can help me to get out of this.

Problem is that only consultants have employers who can help someone with LMIA and its a kind of golden opportunity for consultant to make huge amount of money. I found my employer but just hired a consultant to file my application. I am not sure whether my consultant made mistake in my application purposely or what, later he was offering me LMIA with that much amount. When i consulted few more people, then they told me that in my previous application, my consultant made a major mistake, not minor that anyone can notice. It means that he did it purposely, so that later he can offer me LMIA and make money. He knew that i don't have work permit and my current employer was supporting my EE application, but not gonna support LMIA.

If anyone knows any employer who can help me with LMIA in BC (especially in vancouver, langley, delta, surrey, newton, or new west ), please let me know. I will be thankful to you. Bcoz if i am going to any consultant, then everyone asking me for that amount. Basically, this is market rate here in BC.
I am suffering and my 4 years hard work went into waste just bcoz of one person's greed for money and silly mistake. If you know anyone who can help me, please let me know.

Why do you need to go through consultant?
I have been working in BC for last 2.5+ years and applied by myself, just landed as pr last Friday.
So I would suggest you to do the same apply by yourself, hopefully you will get ITA soon as you did last time.
Meanwhile be careful about working on implied status, you can not switch employer when you are in implied status.
Don't do anything that's not legal that can make you inadmissible in Canada.

You should reports this consultant to the authorities.

Why do you need an LMIA? It seems like you previously received an ITA without it, so why wouldn't you again?

I don't have WP and whatever papar application for extension sent to CIC on July 6th, it might not gonna get approved, because my file has been rejected and my employer not gonna help me to get extension. If i am gonna get LMIA from new employer, i might get new WP for that new employer.
Thats what few people advised me. I really don't have enough knowledge, moreover my thoughts are blocked, couldn't able to decide what should i do now ? And now expecting any wise advise from this thread.
I really wanna complaint ABOUT that consultant, But my close friend's file is still with that consultant, i don't wanna create any problems for my friend now. and Should i explain this situation to ICRRC or whom ?

I need to get WP first, 99% chances are that the paper application that we sent to CIC is gonna get refuse. I have used the same receipt of 200$ paid by my employer, whatever i used previously for extension. But at that time i was having valid PNP approval. But now, my PNP is expired, PR application and WP expired. WHat should i do ? How can i create new EE profile ?

Did you really mean 25 thousand -35 thousand? And that you are actually considering it?

It sounds like you have already been taken advantage of once, and you want more? What makes you think that these people will actually give you what you think you are buying? They can just take your money. This is major FRAUD, and if you pay, you are part of it. So you will keep quiet and they can do anything they want to you, because you allow it. As Canadians say, "smarten up."

If your consultant screwed you, what makes you think your friend won't get the same?

If you educate yourself about EE, you do not need a lawyer or a "consultant." You can re-apply for EE on your own (if you are truly eligible). Unfortunately, it is likely you will have to leave Canada as soon as your work permit application is refused. But you can still apply from outside Canada.

You would do much better to spend your money consulting a real immigration lawyer.

You should never let your employer or consultant have so much power and control over your application. At the end of the day all they care about is just their business and money. I have seen so many filthy greedy consultants in surrey. You should apply yourself in the future. I am sure the score will come down and your experience will get you another ITA. If you run out of WP, you may go for higher education also. It will help you in your career as well. Good luck buddy.

I'm from BC, I'm very sad for your situation. I'm in a similar situation like you. Now your file is messed up, don't mess it anymore. You will get your wp rejection or refusal in 4 months from date you applied. Once your file gets rejected you will have less chances to get any other permit .
Try to apply for visitor or student visa before that rejection to buy more time.
