Possible PNP for NOC 21221 with crs 402

Hi Seniors,
Please advise about below.
What are the chances of getting Ontario ITA for NOC 21221 (Business System Analyst) with crs score 402?
Please advise if there are other PNP streams for outland applicant that have no connection to Canada? (No Job Offer, no relative/friend, no study/work experience)

You can check OINP program updates and see what the draw scores are. 402 is low for OINP IT draws. Really no other option but to get a job offer. Look at SK but score may still be too low especially if you don’t have family living in the province.
