Possible cut off points with new rules

Does anyone have idea about the possible cut off points with new rules. As I understand, it is going to be decreased as the applicants with LMA will now closely compete with no job offer candidates. I am assuming the age, education and language will be crucial now.

Initially it may rise but eventually as you said scores will drop
