i am living with my husband in india,..unfortunately my husband got 5 year ban of canada. due to misrepresentation in the visa form which was filled by agent ,without any consent he disclosed that my husband is USA citizen.not true at all...we were not having any information regarding as we were informed just few days back as like in the end of july-19. thus ban is applicable till 2024..my brother in law is already in canada he is citizen of canada and the legal formalities and a request of waive is already applied by him decision is still pending.
it is my humble request to please suggest me that should i apply for NZ study visa..is there any chances of rejection as a main applicant if i apply with my spouse.?
can i get pr with my husband after 5 year completion of ban?
after 5 years what are the chances of canada visa for our case?
what are the other cons of canada ban for other countries?please suggest the alternative method?
