Possibility to accept my applicaton

Dear Seniors,

My application is received in CIC(Sydney, NOVA Scotia) by 15th December with NOC code: 2172.
Please suggest the possibility to accept my application under the federal skilled worker. In CIC official site still the latest cap information is not up to date. Currently in my NOC code , the cap is showing 171( last modify november 19th).
