i have a 2 year Diploma after Grade 12th and 1 year experience with overall 7 bands in IELTS. Resulting in my current score 379 in my profile. Please do advice on this.
Your score is too low to receive ITA through FSW / Express Entry. Recommend you look at the Provincial Nominee Programs and also retake IELTS to increase your score.

I was in the same situation. You need to get CLB9 in IELTS LRSW (8 7 7 7). This will bump up your score to 425 and with two years experience to 450 or you need to look for PNP options.
