Chances are that obtaining PR after two years of studies and part time work won't be possible (FYI - the part time work can't be counted as work experience in your immigration application since it was completed while you were studying). Chances are that you will need to complete your studies and then also complete at least one year of paid full time work in a NOC A, B or 0 occupation before you will qualify to apply and possibly have a chance of being selected.
