My status:
Canadian permanent resident with a job(60k annual).
My mother(who's in China)'s status:
No property owned, not a whole lot of savings in her bank account, 60 y/o, divorced,
retired, but she is an organizer a philanthropic group;
She wanted to go to the US for travel, and applied for the US visa twice, failed both due to lack of strong tie to her country.
She has never applied for/been to Canada, but has been to other countries though.
What's her odds at getting a Canadian travel visa to come here for visit?
