A friend of mine applied for a visitor visa in December 2023(from the UK) and there have been zero updates in her application. We tried contacting the IRCC and sending web forms but none of them helped and eventually, we requested 2 GCMS notes, one in August and the other in October 2024. The October note is identical to the one requested in August.
And the last update in these notes dates back to 2023/12/24 mentioning "Due to the using of cleaning materials and anticeptics her some finger prints have poor qualities."
We have tried contacting IRRC again, but to no avail.
I was wondering if there's a possibility that this application has been lost.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
