Please i received credentials for e-portal confirmation but it's requiring a truthfully confirm my outland dependents are in Canada. How can I create their separate profiles? i contacted IRCC via webform and emails and no response so far. I have 4 days to go from the 7days given to confirm

your question is not clear - if in the first portal email you have requested all of your dependents to be included in one account, you should be able to see them all using the credentials which you received
