Eligibility completed - Jan 13
Background Verification - complete(date unknown - confirmed by IRCC agent)
VO office - Sydney, NS and Etobicoke
FD - Jan 22
P1 - Jan 22
P2 - Jan 23

No sign of ECOPR , 12 weeks and still waiting

I received my P2 on 23 Jan and replied on the same day.
But still my eligibility is in progress.
Is this a normal thing after receiving P2 ?
