portal 2 technical error

We've received our Portal 2 after sending the needed information from portal 1. After logging in to my Portal account, I've noticed that the date of birth of my son is incorrect, though everything is correct on our application and tracker, I also tried to call IRCC for the said error and was told that the DOB is correct on their end.

We tried to send an email to the portal 1 thread, should we wait for the response from the officer or we can already push through the portal 2?

Any insights or thoughts?
