I applied for PR on August, 2005 for the Skilled Worker Class
Got file number on Sept 2005
I recently got a letter form CIC on Apr 2007 to resubit all forms and documents. Its like repeating what I did in 2005.
What does this mean?
I will suggest that you send them a mail and quote your file number, if the response still remains the same, i'm afraid you will have to submit another one.
