Hi everyone would like to share my situation, would appreciate any stress enlightenment if you or some one you know ave been through a similar situation.

I was in canada applied for inland sponsorship but withdrew my application after I recieved a negative Prra decision and was ordered to leave Canada on the 24-06-2012. my wife and i immediately file an outland application. recieved on 28-06-2012. I was told that i would need ARCH. do I have to apply for ARCH rihgt now or I can Just pay the fee at interview or after being ask for. Further more I did not have my medicals and police certificate included in my application can I do them and send it in now or should I wait when they ask for it. also need some time frame on application completion thanks to all who replied.

Hi.
we were in the same situation.
my spouse got his praa denied in february and he was ordered to leave march 31.
so he came back to mexico. and the last border agent we spoke to said we would need an arc because he was a refugee, but our immigration consultant said they may or may not ask for it. so that being said i did alot of reading around. and it sounds like the arc is looked at with the application and if you require it a visa officer will be assigned to you and they will contact you when and if they require the arc. usually closer to the end of the process. so i would say to just wait and see if they ask for it and deal with it once they ask for it.

also just on another note. we just had 2 friends who withdrew from refugee last year and went back to mexico to be sponsored as workers under the canadian experience class.
and they arrived back in canada may 2012. i recently spoke to them and they were never asked for an ARC form. and they were never asked about their refugee claim at all throughout there process or when they landed. im not sure why they were never asked, but they were refugees aswell.

so best thing i would say is to wait and see what they request, that is wat we are doing

hope this helps and good luck with your process!! :)
