Got an admit in Concordia which is montreal
But I wana land in Toronto.....
Will that be a problem as my port of entry will be from Montreal

nope. got admitted in alberta and just arrived in Vancouver..no issues.

This has been discussed before. You can land in any province and any city as long as you hold a study permit and/or TRV stamp.
Your study permit can be issued from any international airport in canada.

Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, etc.
