Hi folks,
I'm just in the process of applying to renew my PR Card.
I wasn't sure what to write for Question 16 "Place you became a permanent resident of Canada - City/Port of Entry"
On the CIC guide it states: "Write the city and province in Canada, where you became a permanent resident. If your Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688) form shows the name of a port of entry (the airport or a border crossing where you became a permanent resident), please provide the name of the port of entry as it appears on your Record of Landing or Confirmation of Permanent Residence form"
My Confirmation of Permanent Residence doesn't state the name of the Port of Entry. However, my expiring PR Card states "Pacific Hwy" (Pacific Highway). Their local address is Surrey, BC. Shall I write "Surrey, BC" or should I write "Pacific Hwy, Surrey, BC" or something else?
Thanks!!
