Port of entry for CEC Federal PR in montreal

Hi,

I lived in Montreal for two years. I have moved back to my country back and then got my PR approved. I got my PR as I showed an intent to move out of the Quebec back to my country until I get PR.

I'm planning to settle in Windsor Ontario, but my cheapest flight is from Doha -> Montreal -> Toronto

Will I be allowed to do my landing formalities in Montreal? Would my intent be questioned? Is my landing ticket and a hotel reservation in other province enough to prove my intent?

Of course you can do landing in Montreal. No issue. It is a POE.
