I am at post ITA stage. Does anyone have an idea if the fingerprints are of poor quality and the official taking the biometric put in a note saying that the skin quality is poor. Would there be an issue int the proceesing of PR application or would there been any issue or side impact? Please reply.

Nobody can tell for sure. You will be informed if an officer decides you need to resubmit your biometrics. Oftentimes, they don't request it and it's not a concern.
