I am a refugee in Germany and I have a refusal from the court and I have a lot of political problems in the country of mother Egypt. Can I get a visa to Canada

To claim asylum from within Canada, you would need to obtain an approved TRV (tourist visa). Unfortunately there's really no chance a TRV is going to be approved given your status in Germany.

I would focus on appealing your refugee decision in Germany to see if you can get that overturned.

There is no real path at this time for you to claim asylum in Canada.
