Police verification, proof of Relationship and Panel Physician question for CEC

Hi folks, seen a lot of helpful information in this forum so thought I'd ask a few questions myself:

I have a Master's degree from Canada in Business and Canadian work experience for about 2 years. I applied for my PR under CEC and have been invited to apply in the last round of invitations this week. I am currently struggling with some stuff, hope some of you can help:

1. Panel Physician list: I am not sure if any of you have faced this (or are facing this right now) but when I click on the link below and go to the drop-down, I don't see any list of countries or territories. Any help/advice in this regard would be great. Link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/pp-md/pp-list.aspx

2. Police verification: I was told that I can get this done through the Indian Consulate in Toronto. Just wondering if anyone has gone through that already, and can share some of their experiences? Link: http://www.cgitoronto.ca/eoi.php?id=police_clearance

3. Proof of Relationship: This one, I don't particularly understand as I am the only one applying for my PR and not my family and I haven't been invited by anyone either. However, the checklist document is asking for proof of host or family member. Not sure what they require here. Should I just submit a copy of my passport and my parent's passport? Any help would be truly awesome.

1. Ok that makes sense, I am not sure who should be reached out to fix this as I am unaware of how long it takes to get an appointment etc. And I don't want this to affect my application if I can't submit this on time.

3. Yes, you are correct, I did. But here's my doubt, there is a separate doc checklist for that, where it asks for my Relative's documents (Canadian Passport etc) so not sure what I need to submit in this particular window (proof of relationship) tbh. It's my aunt from my mom's side, How do I prove my relationship to her? Would I have been better off not mentioning that I have an aunt here? It didn't add any points and not sure how relevant this relationship would be for Express Entry. Thoughts?

Proof of relationship to a relative in Canada, status of a relative in Canada and residence status of a relative in Canada (including a brother or sister for the purpose of obtaining additional CRS points)
Purpose
To validate a claim of, and award points associated with, having

• a relative in Canada who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (for the Federal Skilled Worker Program adaptability points);
• an adult brother or sister who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident residing in Canada (for additional CRS points).

Document requirements

• This documentation is required if the applicant indicates that they, or their accompanying spouse or common-law partner, have a family member in Canada who is a permanent resident or a Canadian citizen.
• A copy of both sides of the family member's Canadian citizenship document, Canadian birth certificate and/or permanent resident card must be provided.
• Evidence that the family member currently resides in Canada must be provided (a residential lease, mortgage documents, utility bills, etc.).
  • The documents must show their address in Canada and should be recent (dated within six months prior to submission).
• Proof of the relationship of the applicant or the accompanying spouse or common-law partner to the family member must also be provided (e.g., a birth certificate, an official document naming the applicant as a relative, a copy of the inside back cover of the relative’s passport showing the relative’s parents’ marriage certificate, legal adoption documents and any other documents that prove or describe the relationship).
• If the applicant claims a stepbrother or stepsister, there should be no evidence in the application that the marriage or common-law relationship between the parents of the stepbrother or stepsister has broken down."

If you cannot get a hold of these documents you can remove her from your application and explain in a LOE the difficulty to obtain the required information as well as the fact that your CRS and eligibility remain unaffected.

Anyone have an any info on the Police Verification piece? I have been living in Canada for 3.5 years and I my document checklist says Police Verification-India but the instructions (question mark next to it) says that I need a police verification from this country. That is pretty confusing. Not sure if I need to get it from here or India.

1. For Indian Police clearance please visit Consulate General Of India at toronto, 365 Bloor St East, 7th. Opens at 9.30am. Submit required documents, probably to get immediately you have to pay 92$ money order. By evening 4pm you get Police Clearance certificate same day.

2. If you apply through BLS International then it may take upto 2 to 4 weeks normally. If you applied your passport in tatkal then process will definitely take longer than normal and you need to do lot of follow ups.
