Police report for Venezuela

Please can anyone put me through on how to get police report from Venezuela.I don't have a cedula but I stayed there for over 6months.

It looks like you cannot get one. So you will have to write a letter of explanation about why you cannot provide one, and request an exemption or further instructions. You would upload that in place of the PCC.

Stemj, could you please write if it worked out and how? i have the same question as you did in Sept 2017.
