I'm in medical examinations, and have asked me to send my police record, I have to send it by regular mail (ups etc. ..), or by e mail, I'm new to all this, I need your help. (my documents are being processed in Bogota Colombia)

You need to mail the original certificate to the visa post..its better to use a courier as this is a more reliable method and has proof of delivery.
