Apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education.
Would add that it is quite difficult to get a job as a police officer in Canada because many people apply. It is easier to get a job in the RCMP because you usually have to go to remote regions at least early on in your career. As mentioned before you’d need to be a PR or citizen first. The fact that you were a police officer on another country may cause issues in a background check to work in law enforcement in Canada.
Why would anyone give you a job at a bank as a police worker? What a stupid thought.
