Dear Friends,

My family is requested to provide the "Recent Original Police Clearance Certificates."

Question:
My brother has stayed in China from 2000 to 2006, and he already took the police clearance in 2006, before leaving China. Do we still need to get a new certificate from China?

Thanks.

If your brother is included for PR visa in the application (??) he has to get a recent PCC.

Brother can't be included on the application. PCCs are required for spouse & children over the age of 18...

Hi,
it looks that you are one family applied together so the police clearance should be not older than 3 month .
So yes your brother have to have new one and he can contact the chinese embassy in the city he live in. He do not need to travel China again
All my best,
