Police Clerance certificate / Good Conduct certificate from UAE

Hi guys can you please advice the process of getting the Good Conduct certificate from Dubai Police.

this is the site but I seem to be hitting dead Ends since it says it needs to be typed in Arabic.

If anyone who did this From Dubai Could Advice. It would be really helpful.

Make sure you follow CIC's instructions on obtaining a Dubai police cert.

2. If you are outside of UAE, then you can send the required documents to your friends/relatives who can apply on your behalf and collect it for you.
3. If you are outside UAE and you don't think someone based in UAE can help you with it, then take the services of an agent called "Genius attestation" found on google.

I have used this agent personally to obtain UAE PCC in 15 days when I was based in a different GCC country in 2015.
You need to negotiate and finalise the payment amount with the agent. You must pay in full only after they obtain the UAE PCC for you.

Someone mentioned on this forum to have received PPR after submitting only the online UAE PCC. Kindly obtain it online and submit it. Search for it on Ministry of Interior, UAE website.

You can get the UAE PCC within a day... Use the Dubai Police website or Dubai Police App. Option is Good Conduct Certificate, all you have to enter is the Valid Emirates ID & pay an amount of AED 220 for residents.

I left Dubai in 2010 on vacation and didn't return to Dubai and my visa lapse. I this case how I can obtain PCC from Dubai police. Is there any issue to get the PCC ??

How? I applied mine online in their website www.dubiapolice.gov.ae last January 11,2018 and until now I don't have a feedback if when it will be release. I emailed them and gave me a number to call but the one who answers the call doesn't seem to know about the certificate.
