please give us some advice about police clearance for PR application, my cousion studied and working now in canada, he was in australia last few years before and took personal bank loan from australia bank, but he did not paid back some amount, because of his financial situation in canada, so the bank took bankruptcy action against him last few months before in australia, now he will going to file PR application in canada office, he was provided australian police clearence to canada embassy in australia three years before for study permit, my question is, 1. is he need another australian police clearence for PR application?, and 2. if he need another australian PC certificate, is't the bank bankruptcy details show in the PC certificate and affect his PR application?
please guys , i ask yours advice and help for it, he is confused
