hello,
I want a help to find out about PCC.
I landed here in canada 13 jan 2012 than left after 30 days to UAE ( doing a job) than came back 22 aug 2014 to canada for my resident calculation my period will finish in 30 nov 2017.
as i was working in uae that period of 2012 and 2013 but i have few visit to my backhome and i verified with my passport entry exit stamps present

• 16/12/2013 to 28/12/2013 total 12 days out of uae
• 12/1/2014 to 26/1/2014 total 14 days out of uae
• 23/5/2014 to 30/6/2014 total 37 days out of uae i want to ask do still i need police clearence certificate of UAE as total i stayed in uae 201 days (last 4th year) but not consecuative. please help me to find out as you know its very difficult to get a PCC from uae. thanks and regards

Yes you have to submit a PCC from UAE. The 183 days don't have to be continuous.

As per CIC:

Within the last 4 years, if you spent 183 days or more in another country (other than Canada), you must provide a police certificate. You must provide a police certificate for each country where you spent 183 days or more. If you cannot get a police certificate, tell us why.
Example 2
In the past 4 years, you took 10 trips to the United States of America (USA). Each trip lasted 3 weeks, for a total of 210 days. You would answer “Yes” to the question and you would need to provide a police certificate from the USA.​
