There has been 2 yrs 3 months to our marrige. I received Police Cleareance Certificate for my spouse for this time period whereas I got it since 1984. Do I need to get Police Clearence Cetrificate for my spouse from the place where she was residing earlier ? Please reply..

i am not experienced in this but i would think she needs police clearance certificate for any place she lived for 6months or longer since the age of 18. They don't know she hadn't done something wrong prior to that.

If she has an Indian passport and you are in India, it is easiest to go to Regional passport office and get all India clearance. If you are outside of India, get PCC from Indian Embassy. There is no need to get clearance from every place she has lived in India. If she has lived in any other country since her 18th birthday for more than 6 months, she should get PCC from that country too.

PCC is required on Country level and not on city/town level. For example: If you have stayed in India but in different cities than you need to get PCC from India (RPO:If in-country or Embassy/consulate: If overseas) not from every city you lived in India.

"Police clearance certificate (PCC) for all place she lived for 6 months or longer since the age of 18"
