Police clearance

I have hired a consultant for my case.ITA was received on 10th January 2018. Documents submitted on 4th April 2018. Today I was told by my consultant that I have to resubmit my police clearance. He isn't telling me if my case is refused or it's just another requirement what are the possiblities?

He should be telling you WHY you need to re-submit the PCC, otherwise how can you correct was was wrong with the initial submission?
