POLICE CLEARANCE

Hi Can anyone help me on my concern.

Im under live in care giver program, and im applying for PR pretty soon.
one of the requirement is the Police clearance, im a bit confused about the
informtion in CIC website regarding Police clearance.

my concerns are
1. Should I submit my PR application without
police clearance?
2. should I wait for CIC to ask me or send me a letter requesting for Police clearance?
3. Should i process my police clearance first den submit my PR application??

Process your police clearance first then submit it together with your PR application.
